Your rights and obligations

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice of any schedule changes or cancellation. When you cancel or miss an appointment without providing notice, we are unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist; it also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.

We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergencies will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow intake questionnaire fulfillment. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client. We cannot exceed reserved times without inconveniencing other clients. Arriving after your appointment time may result in shortening your session to end at the scheduled time. Full fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

There is no sexual component to our services. Any insinuation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the entire fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the authorities.

For physical items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. All refunds will be subject to a £1 processing fee to cover admin costs.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Physical Items

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price – please ensure you have a receipt.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@mythai-spa.co.uk and send your item to:

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
